Redlands Community College Royse Ranch is located north of El Reno on HWY 81. The 314-acre ranch is a working facility; housing the bovine center, two indoor arenas, four round pens, 65 stalls and a classroom building.
The Redlands Arena is a 150 feet by 250 feet covered arena with screens on the north, south and east side. The west side is a solid wall with 12 Priefert stalls measuring 12 by 12 feet, two wash racks, men and women's restroom and a concession/show office. This arena also has available a sound system and announcers' stand.
The stall barn is covered and houses 39 open stalls measuring 12 by 14 feet with automatic waterers, lights, heat lamps and electrical outlets.
The Royse Arena is a 50 feet by 100 feet indoor arena with a sound system; men's and women's restrooms; wash rack with heated water; nine stalls with runs; and five stallion stalls.
The ranch has four covered round pens with observation deck and sound system capabilities.
This is a great set-up for training clinics.
In the classroom building there is a large lobby, good for registration or meet and greets, a conference room and a classroom with presentation equipment and seating for 25 to 30.
